The company is equipped with the following production facilities: two 1.5-ton medium-frequency induction furnaces, one semi-automatic molding line, six sets of lost-foam casting equipment, four hook-type shot blasting machines, and one filling line. It also possesses a range of testing equipment, including a pre-furnace carbon–silicon analyzer, an optical emission spectrometer, a hardness tester, a mechanical properties testing machine, and a metallographic analyzer, all of which meet the national Level II standards.
